Insufficient restorative sleep, chronic stress, emotional turmoil, trauma triggers, relational conflicts, school/work distress, and even head injuries are just some of the things that can make life even more difficult. Making use of therapeutic assessments and modalities, such as EEG/qEEG, bio/neurofeedback, psychophysiological awareness/modifications, and EMDR, to name a few, can be helpful in enhancing one's neurobiological regulation, which results in greater flexibility, resilience, and control.
